This Privacy Policy explains how NewGenMobile ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with our mobile applications.

1. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All applications developed and distributed by NewGenMobile are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewGenMobile shall not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the installation, use, or inability to use our applications.

2. Direct Data Collection & Accounts

We do not operate personal user accounts or login systems. We do not directly collect, maintain, sell, or trade personal data such as your name, personal email address, physical address, phone number, or contacts.

3. Location Information (Optional Weather Updates)

Our applications may request permission to access your approximate (coarse) location solely to retrieve and display localized weather conditions. This permission is completely optional. Users can enable, decline, or revoke location access at any time through the in-app settings or the device operating system's permission manager. Location data used for weather retrieval is processed ephemerally and is not logged, tracked, or stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services & Integrated SDKs

Our applications integrate third-party developer libraries provided by Google to handle advertising, application configuration, diagnostic logging, and notifications:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), approximate geographic data derived from IP addresses, and ad performance metrics to serve and measure ads. See Google Ads Privacy & Terms.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver operational notifications or updates to your device. FCM uses an app-instance registration token generated by your device to route messages.
• Firebase Remote Config: Used to customize app behavior, parameters, and display configurations over-the-air without requiring a manual app update. It collects pseudonymous device properties to manage parameter delivery.
• Firebase Diagnostics & Analytics (Crashlytics): Used to track app stability, monitor crashes, and identify technical performance issues. This service collects crash stack traces, device hardware models, and OS versions.

5. Data Security

All interactions and network requests executed by integrated third-party libraries use industry-standard HTTPS encryption in transit.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe any third-party tool has inadvertently collected data contrary to applicable regulations, please contact us so we can investigate.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
